Abstract
Based on chaos technology,a new auto-routing algorithm was proposed for electromechanical products in 3D space. This algorithm consisted of pre-processing phase and searching optimization phase.A Chaos Grid Pre-processing Model(CGPM) is constructed by means of chaos theory in the pre-processing phase to creating the available solution space and reducing the searching range efficiently. The main objective of the searching optimization phase was to find an approximate optimal trajectory in the available solution space.A Classification Chaos Algorithm(CCA) was designed with the use of classification idea in the searching optimization phase, and the time complexity analysis of the auto-routing algorithm was also given. Finally, examples illustrated the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.
