Abstract

Equity structure is the basis for corporate governance structure,status of its corporate governance structure is reasonable to have a decisive impact on the efficiency.In this paper,the current management of a listed company shares defects and design a diversified equity holders.decentralized ownership concentration of stock ownership structure,and correspondingly,The article says China's listed companies should establish a governance model led to corporate shareholders.
