Abstract
Aimed at the problems such as loose rope and disorderly rope widely exist with mining dispatching winch, a gas-operated rope-aligning device for dispatching winch is designed and studied in this paper. The rope-aligning carriage reciprocates under the effect of pneumatic system and lever mechanisms, thus realizing the rope-aligning. Introduces the structure, function and principle of this device, and make industrial experiment Practices show that this rope-aligning device is simple in structure,low in cost and easy to installation, adjustment and maintenance, thus has broad application prospect.
