Abstract
With the development of modern market economy and democratic politics, administrative guidance is becoming the center of government administrative gui dance in place of administrative order. The socialist market-oriented economy s ystem under construction in China objectively requires a mature guidance system to match it. Therefore, it is of realistic significance to probe into how to con struct administrative guidance system with Chinese characteristics.
