Abstract

The impact of salicylic acid on winter fruit cold resistance and fruit quality was studied by spraying the surface of four-year-old Kyoho grape trees' leaves with different concentrations of salicylic acid under the low temperature conditions( 10℃). The results showed that exogenous salicylic acid could keep more green leaves of winter grape fruit, significantly improve the photosynthetic rate of grape leaves and the chilling resistance of winter grape fruit, and increase the total soluble sugar content, the soluble solids content, fruit stalk anti-pull, and fruit firmness significantly. 0. 15‰ salicylic acid was the optimum processing concentration.
