Taking the rainfall-runoff series of Shiwu hydrologic station, located in region of no relief of Jilin province, for example, the paper analyzed the rainfall-runoff characteristics, including the double cumulative curve analysis, the annual runoff coefficient variation analysis, the rank-sum test.
