Abstract
The laboratory is the base of the knowledge innovation and high-level talent training.The construction of laboratory technician team is guarantee of the laboratory construction and the enhancement experiment teaching quality.According to the present situation of 55 laboratory technicians in our college,the reasons for them are analyzed,and the measures of construction of medical laboratory technician team are proposed in comprehensive universities.The measures play an important role to instruct the construction of laboratory technician team.
