Based on the category of “logical starting point”, this article analyzes those different viewpoints of logical starting point about Deng Xiaoping Theory in academic articles, points out their shortcomings, demonstrates the reasonableness that the category of “the primary stage of socialism” is regarded as the logical starting point of Deng Xiaoping Theory, and gives a general picture of the logical construction of Deng Xiaoping Theory.
