On the Types of Purposeful Offense

Abstract
The purpose of the purposeful criminals is an Absolute factor in the subjective constitution of the purpose offense,its content being the subjective factor which goes beyond the extent of the criminal intent.In the light of the relations between purpose and constitutional act,the purpose offense can be divided into the two types of completely consequential offense and incompletely two-conduct offense,or classified into the two types of statutory purpose offense and unofficial purpose offense on the basis of whether or not having been prescribed by the criminal law.
