Abstract

In this paper.the design of a real-time temperature measurement control system is achieved, which takes AVR Atmega128(L) MCU as the core of the hardware system and LabVIEW 8.5 as the PC software development platform. The system can realize the real-time acquisition, measurement and control for the spot temperatures by using MAX6675 thermocouple A/D converters and the solid-state re lays(SSR) to match up with the AVR MCU.The AVR MCU communicates with the PC through the serial port UART.PC software de velopment platform could realize the real-time monitoring and displaying. The system has the advantages of being low power cost, higher measurement accuracy, friendly interface, easy accessibility and cost low.
