An Analysis of the Emotional Ethics within WANG Yangming's Proposition “Happiness is the Noumenon of Mind”

Abstract

Through researching the speech difficulty of Confucianism's happiness within benevolence,WANG Yangming's ethical proposition——happiness is the noumenon of mind is analyzed based on emotional phenomenology.Meanwhile,the relationship between conscience realm and moral emotion within WANG Yangming's ethical proposition is revealed.Its transcendence of life encouter and social evaluation,and its era value,are expounded as well.
