Abstract
Objective To explore the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy causes and prevention of complications.MethodsThe clinical data of 33 patients with complications after laparoscopic surgery were reviewed.The causes of complications,prevention and control methods were analyzed.ResultsAmong 33 patients with complications,15 patients had partial or complete common bile duct injury,9 patients with bile leakage,5 patients with abdominal bleeding,intestinal injury and 2 cases with puncture hole infection.ConclusionBile duct injury,bile leakage and bleeding are the major laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications.Mmost complications can be prevented and cured.
