Abstract
Nine strains of probiotics including four strains of Bacillus sp.,three strains of Lactobacillus, one strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and one strain of photosynthetic bacteria were optimized the mixed fermented media component and the fermented conditions. The results showed that the optimal mixed fermented media component were as follows:Glucose 10g/L,soluble starch15g/L,peptone 10g/L,yeast extract 2.5g/L,NaCOOH 5g/L,triammonium citrate 2g/L,K2HPO40.15g/L,MgSO40.2g/L,MnSO40.05g/L,Tween 80 1mL,water 1L.The best mixed fermented conditions were inoculum dose 3%,fermented temperature 25 ℃,initial pH 6.5-7.0,the volume of liquid 50 mL per 250 mL,180r/min.The probiotics' viable count could be reach to 4.4×109 cfu/mL,which was 2times higher than before.
