Abstract
Objective To study the palatability and different effect of two groups of 0.005% bromadiolone baits for rodents. Methods Optional food was provided for rodents and the poison effect was observed. Results Taking food coefficient of two groups of 0.005% bromadiolone baits were 0.81 and 0.66. All caused 100% mortality. The dead times of two groups of rodents taking different baits were 5.0 and 6.3 days. Tests showed that the susceptibility of the female rodents to anticoagulant rodenticides was higher than that of the male rodents. Conclusions 0.005% Bromadiolone baits had good palatability and higher kill ratio.
