Abstract
The 3D two-phase flow field in the magnesium powder fuel ramjet was numerically simmulated by the particle trajectory model so as to provide reference for experimental investigation.Based on theoretical performance analysis, one kind of new motor configuration was presented. The effects of particle diameter, phase state of combustion product on the combustion efficiency were analyzed. The results show that the small particles can be ignited in the head of chamber,so the combustion efficiency is high because of longer residence time.
