Analysis of University Students Employment Preference on Present Based on Efficiency Wage Theory

In 1999,the colleges of China started the project of Increasing the Enrollment,as a result the employment of college graduates were more difficult,and becoming a focus of our country and society.In this paper,the author analyzes the difficulties of employment base on the efficiency wage and labor market segmentation theory,and consider that the reasons for the difficulties of employment is the graduates’preferences by comparing the utility maximization of individuals In different labor market.
