Abstract
The samples of Amomum villosum Lour.leaf spot from Huajiang gorge area and Zhenfeng Dingtan in Guizhou were collected, isolated and purified. After following pathogen identification morphological characters, cultural characters and pathogenicity test, the pathogen was identified to be Phyllosticta glycines Thum.10 fungicides were tested in vitro for efficacy against the Phyllosticta glycines Thum..Test on mycelia growth showed that 70% Mildothane,18% Albendazole were the most effective fungicides, with their inhibitive rates up to 100.0%.The results revealed that the efficacy of different fungicides on Phyllosticta glycines Thum.is different in the laboratory.
