Along with the development of network technology and digital technology,the human resource management has become a crucial factor in the construction and development of university libraries.This paper analyzes some problems which include the management concept,talent structure,the brain drain and the input power of human resources development and so on,probes into the new ideas on the human resource management in the library,and puts forward the new modes of human resource management to provide help to the research of the human resource management.
