The Clinical Study of Decoction of Lily Mind-tranquilizing on Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Lily Mind-tranquilizing on generalized anxiety disorder.Method: 66 cases consistent with CCMD-3 generalized anxiety disorder were divided into two groups randomly,33 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The cases in the treatment group were treated with Decoction of Lily Mind-tranquilizing,and the cases in the control group were treated with Lorazepam.The treatment course was 8 weeks.The curative effect was evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale.Result: Lorazepam and Decoction of Lily Mind-tranquilizing both had significant effects on generalized anxiety disorder,but the treatment group did better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Decoction of Lily Mind-tranquilizing is safe and effective on generalized anxiety disorder.
