Abstract
The main problems existing in the teaching of physical chemistry experiments in normal universities were analyzed. In order to improve the experiment teaching,the reform was started with focus on stimulating students experimental interests and developing students' fundamental skills and innovative capabilities in the ways of experiment contents,teaching methods,teaching means and examination. The practice showed that the reform was to be effective on the experiment teaching. It improved the student's ability to conduct the experiments on their own and cultivated their creative abilities.
