Analysis on curative effect of CO_2 laser combined with different medications in treatment of 300 female cases of condyloma acuminatum.

Abstract
Objective The clinical effects of several different kinds of therapeutic methods in treating condyloma acuminatum were observed and compared.Methods Three hundred cases of CA dermatosis were treated with CO2 laser burn off,then they were sustainingly or intermittently treated with valaciclovir and interferon.Results There was significant difference in total cure rate between sustained and intermittent groups(P0.05).Conclusion The better effectiveness of treatment can be got by intermittent antiviral drug medication combined with CO2 laser therapy.
