Analysis and Research on Reading Promotion in University Libraries

Abstract
In this paper,the relationship between university library tasks and reading activities was discussed,and the current situation and problems of library reading activities were indicated.Based on the analysis of current reading situation in universities,the idea that university libraries should strengthen reading promotion was put forward,which included creative reading themes,establishing reading promotion committee in the university library,studying the reading psychology and behavior of readers,strengthening reading services and cultivating reading culture,building harmonious reading space and creating good reading environment.
