Abstract

It is imperative to reform the non-specialized computer basic course in institution of higher learning. This paper attempts to explore the teaching target, teaching methods, teaching content, course system, education modes, teaching means, experimental teaching, method of the assessment of students and structure of teachers in order to improve the teaching effects and teaching quality in computer basic teaching, based on the modern education idea and theory.
