Deng Xiaoping’s Historic Transcendence over Mao Zedong’s Thought in His Later Years

Mao Zedong Thought, the sinicized Marxism, is the directive thought for the Chinese Communist Party(CCP).However, Mao Zedong himself made an aberrancy unconsciously from Mao Zedong Thought's right track in his later years, and made a pinko mistake on the directive thought. After the reform and opening began, Deng Xiaoping succeeded Mao's right thought and corrected the errors made in Mao's later years. By developing all-sidedly Mao Zedong Thought, he formed his own theory. Researches on the two great men's thoughts are of enormous help for us to understand CCP's governing law, socialist construction rule, the developing rule of human history, and the situation and characteristics of the present China.
