On Scientific Administration of Archives in Universities

Abstract
The major problems which exist in archives administration in universities include wrong concepts,old models of archives administration and low qualities of persons concerned.To reinforce archives administration,we should insist on scientific development concept,foster archive resource concept,emphasize the importance of archives in academic administration,absorb research achievements on archives administration,create an administration model centered on its users,with perfect service function and sharing resources,and improve archives administration according to the evaluation program of teaching level in universities.
