Abstract

With the necessity and importance of college English grammar teaching,this paper discusses the current state of the art of English grammar teaching and learning in colleges,and some new suggestions concerning it like the relationship between the traditional and communicative grammar,the comparisons between Chinese and English grammar,and the importance of oral grammar are given at last.
