Abstract
The seven experiments of Aspergillus Niger,Aspergillus Oryzae ,Candida Lipolytica,Aspergillus Niger+Aspergillus Oryzae,Aspergillus Niger+Candida Lipolytica,Aspergillus Oryzae+Candida Lipolytica,Aspergillus Niger+Aspergillus Oryzae+Candida Lipolytica will be in the process at the same time in order to find the optimal bacteria on the same condition.Finally the optimal treating conditions,volume and proportion of the bacteria will be studied.The results showed that the best is Aspergillus Niger+As- pergillus Oryzae+Candida Lipolytica (2:1:1) for the research,the volume isn't important and the optimal treating condition include 35℃,pH7.0,8 days,oxygent timely and adding nutriment.
