ANALYSIS ON THE RESULT OF PROTEIN-ELECTROPHORESIS OF HEROIN AND DIHYDROETOPHINE ABUSERS

Abstract

This paper reported an analysis result of protein - electrophoresis of 65 cases dependent on heroin and DHE in Comparison with 60 cases of healthy people (normal group as control) . The result of albumin, α1, α1, β, γ showed a significant differences (P0. 01) between heroin - DHE dependent group and the normal group. Another result showed that albumin level was lower and globulin was raised in the heroin - DHE dependent group. It suggested that heroin injure human bodies seriously and cause disorder of protein metabolic function.
