College and university infrastructure construction project management is essential in that it is an important guarantee to the improvement of fundamental conditions for school-running and steady development of colleges and universities.The main tasks of infrastructure construction project management focus on construction quality,construction progress and costs control.Drawing from practical experience,this paper discusses how colleges and universities can improve the infrastructure construction project management including modification of construction plans,covert project supervision and acceptance,construction contract management,scientific management of construction site and dynamic control of construction costs.
