Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and ADL of traumatic brain injury patients. Methods 152 cases with traumatic brain injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 76 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing. Results After rehabilitation treatment, the FAM score(68.4 ± 22.1) of the observation group was significantly higher than that(44.3 ± 20.4) of the control group with a statistically significant difference(tFAM=6.986, P=0.000).After rehabilitation treatment, the MBI score(77.4 ± 19.4) of the observation group was significantly higher than that(51.5 ± 21.2)of the control group with a statistically significant difference(tMBI =7.857,P =0.000). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is an effective treatment for traumatic brain injury patients, which can improve motor function and activities of daily living of the patients with a good treatment effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
