Revaluation of Public Rental Housing Policy and Operation for Shenzhen,Beijing,Chongqing and Shanghai

Shenzhen,as the earliest city to practice public rental housing,and Beijing,Chongqing,Shanghai,as the representative cities are being chosen,based on their policy development,analysis has been conducted on the change of range of supply object,the determination of rental price and the definition of administration body since June 2010;also the central governments' policy has been analyzed;the realistic problems need to be solved in the operation of public rental housing such as the housing assurance legislation,funds raising and property arrangement are being studied.
