Abstract
Eco-industry, circular economy and sustainable development are the three main streams in the development of today’s environmental strategy. This paper, after an introduction to contents of the three, indicates that they have relation in common but each has its own theories, practices and operational modes. Then this paper points out and analyses theoretically that eco-industry is the prerequisite and essence for circular economy and sustainable development. The human development continuations is promoted from eco-industry to circular economy and finally realizing sustainable development.
