Effectiveness and Legitimacy: the Conversion in the Process of the Transition of Politics

The conversion of transition of politics nowadays is political modernization. The political modernization is defined as the process which the political value, political institution and political structure are changed from tradition to Modern. Including China, the developing countries are facing varying degrees of political or social problem in that process. If China wants the process of political modernization with steady and ordered, the following recommendations have to be considered: the process of China’s political modernization needs based on not only the localized Marxism, but also the Chinese traditional culture. Reference the achievement of the West civilization is necessary. Moreover, build a responsible government which is based on the leadership of CPC and the constitutionality.
