Abstract

The application of various technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in C_5 separation plant of Fine Chemical Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.Through implementation of solvent recycling,optimization of water - ring vacuum pump system,and purification of slag off gas emission of solvent regeneration kettle,the comprehensive energy consumption and processing wastage of C_5 separation plant were continuously reduced,meanwhile,the discharge of three wastes was reduced,which achieved good economic,environmental and social benefits.
