Study and application of filling mining method in Huogeqi Copper Mine

Due to the existence of many uncertain weak planes,such as joints,fracture and faults,in the ore bodies of copper mines,the stope roof may collapse easily,causing ore loss and great hidden danger,which will threaten the production safety of undermine.Through the analysis in Huogeqi Copper Mine,two-step mining method is a practicable way to alleviate above problems and it is feasible in technique,reasonable in economic and reliable in safety.Two-step mining method can be widely applied in room with high grade and little bands in ore bodies in the future.
