Abstract

Objective To observe the change of anterior chamber angle after trabeculectomy with ultrasound biomicroscopy in primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG).Methods 30 patients (30 eyes) combined cataract and PACG were underwent underlamellar trabeculectomy. The anterior chamber angle pattern were observed and measured by using UBM before and after surgery. Results Tere were 2 eyes with ciliary body detachment before surgery .There were no statistically significant differences between the preoperative and postoperative ACD,AOD500,TIA,TCPD,ID1(P0.05). Conclusion UBM is good to find ciliary body detachment of glaucoma before and after surgery.Trabeculectomy cannot improve the anterior chamber angle structure of primary angle-closure glaucoma.
