Abstract
The thermo-gravimetric analysis was; used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of blending biomass (furfural residues and rice husk) with a Pyris-1 TGA thermo-gravimetric analyzer under high purify N2. The results showed that pyrolysis process had three distinct phases (moisture release, main pyrolysis and subsequent volatiles release) with increasing temperature. The yields of volatile is regular to the proportion of the blends, which indicated proportions had influence on the pyrolysis process; Heating rate had influence on the beginning temperature, peak weight loss temperature and final pyrolysis temperature. In the end, kinetics parameters of bending biomass at active reaction period were determined by Coats-Redfern integral method.
