Abstract

The fifth enlargement of EU in 2004 made it become a family with 25 Member States in different economic situations respectively.The regional policies,which are one of the most important economic and social policies of EU,take up the most part of EU′s year budget.And the regional policies of EU can make a good example for China in the fields of policy-making,legislation,unit division,tools and means of balance.
