Abstract

At the beginning of the 21st Century,China announced that the new strategic policies of cultural industry had been established. This ended the era of government monopoly of cultural production and opened a completely new era of the cooperation of government and market for cultural production. The strategic policies of cultural industry of China are not only the response of globalization and market economical reforming,but also the practical exploration of Chinese cultural development and empirical crystallization of the reform of cultural system. The presence of strategic policies of cultural industry of China evokes comprehensive reforms of Chinese cultural system,opens up new directions of the way of Chinese cultural development,and poses many theoretical theses of cultural development that need to consider and research seriously.
