Abstract
Discussed on the status,problem and countermeasure of city leisure sports in China with literature review,investigation etc.,it is found that the city leisure sports developed rapidly,the body-building traveling developed fast and the basic fundamental construction of leisure body building is strenghened ceaselessly in the coastal city.The main problems existe are as follows:the unreasonable leisure time domination of dwellers;the underdevelopment of city leisure sports industry;the low investment to sports;the serious unbalance development of the city leisure sports;the spareness of city leisure sports theory.Therefore,it put forward some countermeasures as enhancing the research on city leisure sports;increasing the power of propaganda,building up the scientific outlook of values in city leisure sports;expediting the course of urbanization;accelerating the development of city leisure sports;constituting and perfecting the system of consumption and service of city leisure sports;increasing the investment to city leisure sports;building enough establishment of city leisure sports;expediting the development of the education of leisure sports.
