Abstract
An iterative method for nonlinear equations is presented. The method is the modification of Newton's method based on a fifth-order method and a modified Simpson method. The numerical experiments showed that the new method with fifteenth-order convergence is more efficient and performs better than classical Newton's method and other methods.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
