Abstract
Objective: To analyse and discuss the etiology and treatment of peripheral osteomyelitis of mandible. Methods: Retrospective study of 208 patients. Results: 208 cases were all cured. 191 patients received surgery, 17 cases were treated conservatively. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and clearance of focal lesion is important.
