Abstract
Based on the chemical modification of rutin,synthesized the complex of rutin of first transition series chemical element of life,the comparative study of bacteriostatic action of rutin com plexes was carried out.The results showed that the solubility of rutin complexes in water was better than that of rutin;bacteriostatic activity of rutin complexes was strong or weak as:Ru-Cu Ru-ZnRu-CoRu-NiRu-MnRu-CrRu-FeRu,bacteriostatic activity stability of the rutin complexes was better than rutin,the product of rutin chemical modification had better bioactivi ty than rutin.
