Abstract

Clinical teaching is an important work in an affiliated hospital of a comprehensive university.Enhancing teaching management,innovation and improvement of clinical teaching quality are very important,and also are the key link of cultivating high-quality medical talents.This paper probes into the organization management,teaching staff selection,teaching input,innovation of teaching means.Further study should be conducted in sustainable development of the teaching team,improvement of teaching condition,innovation of the teaching conception and methods,establishment of a scientific and rational evaluation system and supervision regulation,etc.
