Abstract

The service of university library is turning from the traditional information service to knowledge service.The change of the service model caused the adjustment of management in the library.This paper proposes a scheme to realize university library management based on reader management,knowledge management and the creation of knowledge-sharing mechanisms on the basis of knowledge service.
