Abstract
The securities market has gone through three years of adjustment,however,in the process of development,there are still many problems,especially the problem of manipulation of the securities market,which has already been focused in society.Manipulation of securities market already appeared in the market,and is a great danger to the securities market.Thus,this article analyses the manipulation behaviors in the securities market,and proposes ways to improve the regulation of manipulation of the securities markets.
