British Trade Union and Industrial Relations Acts,1860-1880

As one important part of industrial relations,the British trade union played a very important role in the British industrial relations history and influenced the industrial relations act.However,at the beginning d its foundation,its main purpose was not to puah forward the govenunent's setting acts,and its continuous push began from the latter half of the nineteenth century.This paper tries to research on the British trade union and the industrial relations act from 1860 to 1880 and analyze its causes.
