Abstract
In order to explore the photosynthesis rule in leaves of willow-leaf peach, the photosynthetic characteristics of BYDOP7029(willow-leaf peach) were studied after harvest(the late August and the late September) with Jinxiayoupan(standard-leaf peach) and Hujingmilu(standard-leaf peach) as control. The results were as follows. The daily average value of water use efficiency(WUE) of BYDOP7029 was relatively high, apparent CO2 use efficiency(CUE) was higher than Jinxiayoupan and Hujingmilu(P0.05).Diurnal integral value of transpiration rate(DIV of Tr) was lower than Jinxiayoupan but apparent light use efficiency(LUE) was higher than Hujingmilu(P0.05).Meanwhile,diurnal integral value of net photosynthetic rate(DIV of Pn) of BYDOP7029 lay between Jinxiayoupan and Hujingmilu(P0.05) and its light compensation point(LCP) and light saturation point(LSP) were relatively high.It suggested that BYDOP7029 had higher water use efficiency, photosynthetic activity and wider adaptability.Diurnal variation of Pn of BYDOP7029 in the late August and the late September turned on 'double peak type' and 'single peak type' respectively and the reason for the decrease of Pn at noon of the two experiments was non-stomatal limitation only. The main environment factor that affected Pn of BYDOP7029 was CO2 atmospheric concentration(Ca) and photon flux density(PFD) respectively in the late August and the late September by grey relational analysis between Pn and environment factors.
