This paper introduces Tianjin city in the current situation of rural information service at present, analyses the insufficient agricultural network information, information resources scattered, information supply and demand docking, low quality of the service team and so on, and puts forward the perfect input mechanism, integration of information resources, construction of the government and the cooperation education mode,improvement of the professional quality of the service, strengthening the information technology research countermeasures, promote the development of Tianjin city rural information service.
