Abstract
Watt-hour meter,which is an instrument that is specially used to measure the electrical energy accumulated value,can provides the charging basis for electric power enterprise.The watt-hour meter has experienced the evolution of mechanical watt-hour meter,electromechanical integrated watt-hour meter,electronic watt-hour meter and intelligent watt-hour meter.This paper introduces the functions of intelligent watt-hour meter and the features of its personalized service,and discusses the development directions of intelligent watt-hour meter.
